Total inspection of the property for anything out of the ordinary

Check windows and doors to make sure they are secure

Ensure proper operation of alarm system

Bring in all mail/packages

Briefly run water in sinks, toilets, and showers to ensure drains are working properly

Check for leaks in plumbing

Inspection for popped circuit breakers

Visual inspection of landscaping

Examine temperature/humidity inside the home

Inspect appliances 

Check for signs of mold or mildew around walls, windows and ceiling

Garage inspection

Ensure no signs of vandalism/trespassing has occurred

Check cabinets for leaking bottles or bugs

Provide feedback after each home watch visit

Phone call if necessary

Provide digital photographs to document any damage/issues
